How to use Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper

Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper is exceptionally easy to use. Application is straightforward - no lengthy instructions to memorize.

Wolfgang Uber Wheel Cleaner does more than clean wheels - it dissolves iron particles, leaving your wheels squeaky clean. What's really cool is how it changes colors from clear to red as it comes into contact with iron particles. Best of all, Wolfgang Uber Wheel Cleaner is safe on ALL wheel finishes.

Application is as simple as spraying on, letting it dwell for a couple minutes, and agitating with your favorite wheel brush.

After letting Uber Wheel Cleaner dwell on the surface for a couple minutes, I used the Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush to clean the wheel barrel and in between each individual spoke. The Daytona Speed Master Wheel Brush and its flexible stem with thousands of chemical-resistant bristles make cleaning hard to reach areas a breeze.






To clean the face of the wheel, I used the Montana Boar's Hair 8 Inch Wheel Brush. This particular brush is super soft, making it an ideal choice for scratch-sensitive finishes. The bristles are flagged at the end, enabling maximum agitation.




After a thorough rinsing, it was time to apply Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper! While the rotors were still wet, I applied an even coat of Hyde's Serum Rust Stopper. Any overspray was removed with a Microfiber All Purpose & Wheel Detailing Towel.

I'm proud to bring a safe and effective product to market (made in the US) for others who were plagued by the same initial coating of "rust dust". Nothing bothered me more than spending time washing/drying/sealing or waxing wheels only to have them coated in "rust dust" the minute we take that first clean car cruise down the road.

Our business, "Hyde's Serum" prides itself on bringing new products to market that have not been seen before. In the near future we will be releasing 1 gallon refills to make it easier to incorporate Rustopper into every detailing session. By next year we will blow everyone away with a new concept for tire care.

Love the idea... but correct me if I am wrong but wouldn't we still get "rust dust" since we can't spray the other side of the rotor? I am sure this minimizes rust dust, but I am sure you still have to wipe down the wheel after a short drive to have a perfectly clean wheel.

You're only preventing half the disk from rusting so don't assume this eliminates the problem entirely. Its a half gap solution.

In our long term, extensive testing the reverse side of the rotor did not prove to be a concern. Between the OE dust shield acting somewhat as a splash guard when rinsing down your wheel and our mister sprayer head providing heavy coverage along the edge of the rotor (minor drip over the backside of the rotor), we have not shown any initial "rust dust" from the back side of the rotor.

The rear side of the rotor does not provide any additional dusting above and beyond typical normal usage. I'm sure Nick can attest to this in his testing as well as our other resellers and satisfied customers. :dblthumb2:
